The perfect place to stay in Amsterdam

We stayed at the 377 hotel for three nights and it was amazing. The hotel room was the perfect size, with gorgeous views to the canal just outside the hotel. We were lucky to have a corner room with an alcove which was the highlight of the room- it was so beautiful to sit in and enjoy the views. The amenities were great and the extra touches such as the free minibar soft drinks, coffee, Rituals shampoos and slippers etc made for a very comfortable stay. This hotel was a lovely place to recharge after a day spent exploring the city. The location is great- everything is accessible in walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The staff are also lovely (shout out to Andrew who was amazing) and very helpful. They let you store your bags if you have a later flight. We would definitely return and will be looking to stay in this hotel again!

Would a 100% recommend this hotel! The service is impeccable! The receptionist are the nicest and very professional. It’s minutes of walk away from the very centre of Amsterdam, very easy to access by transport from the Central Train Station. It’s also near to the museum district of Amsterdam, and all the usual accommodations are just around the corner. The rooms are tastefully decorated, sound proof, and the view to the canal is stunning. Second coming to this hotel and we’ll definitely book again for our next trip!

Lovely traditional building. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the canal. Large king size bed. Extremely clean , modern shower room. Fridge with complimentary soft drinks & biscuit. The staff were all so friendly. We loved our 3 nights here. A perfect location.

We are glad to have found No. 377 House, Well-located close to the Rijksmuseum and Vondelpark it is close to several good dining options. Be prepared to be surprised by the steep front stairs, the small front door, the tiny front desk, and the narrow hallways, but they are all part of the hotel's old style charm. What matters most is that the rooms are well-sized and clean, the service attentive, the price fair, and the bed comfortable.

This 'hotel' was such a disappointment. We arrived to graffiti ridden outside walls and had to ring a bell to be allowed in. We proceeded to lug our large 50 LB suitcases up 4 narrow steps outside and 8 inside. We proceeded on a 3 foot corridor to the tiniest desk space/lobby you ever saw. We stood back to let 2 people exit the elevator because there was NO room for all 4 of us in the hallway. This was not in the glossy pictures nor was tge bleach stained carpet in all the hallways when we booked from the USA. We had reserved our last night there too on our return to Amsterdam. We tried to cancel because frankly we weren't able to lug our luggage again and while Expedia were accommodating the OWNER REFUSED to refund us. BUYER BEWARE please and do your due diligence and stay at Park Centraal nearby.
